Congratulations on taking that first step towards a healthier you! To get started, all you have to do is call us at 703-327-0335 and schedule your initial assessment with one of our trained professionals. Once we have met with you individually, we will determine an appropriate plan that will help you meet your goals and start you on a path towards balanced wellness.
Our Fitness Fusion Classes, Adult & Kid's Yoga, and Nutritional Wellness classes are now being offered at the Dulles South Multipurpose Center at:

To register, go to www.loudoun.gov, select most popular pages, and then WebTrac. If you can't find it online, you can register before class at the front desk.
If your child is interested in participating in our After School Kid's Yoga Class, please complete the following registration form. At this time, our classes are offered at Hutchison Farm Elementary and the Dulles South Multipurpose Center. If you are interested in bringing a program to your school, talk to your PTA President and ask them to contact us 703-327-0335.

For your convenience, you can pay for our After School Yoga classes online via PayPal or bring a check with you to your first class. Checks can be made payable to South Riding Wellness Connection or click below and make your payment online.
We ask all of our students to complete a waiver form before the beginning of class. Please visit our forms page to complete the form for your specific class. If you wish, you can print them out and bring them to your initial consultation. This will ensure we maximize the time we have in session.
