Nutrition

Have you been wanting  to:

Feel better in your body and achieve your ideal weight?

Stop your cravings and binges?

Get through your day without wild energy swings?

Imagine filling your car’s gas tank with Kool Aid and expecting to go from 0 to 60 in 5 seconds. Of course it won’t work! Yet many of us have learned to put poor nutrition into our bodies and expect to be slim, full of energy, and healthy. The food you eat is so critical to your health – it becomes your blood, your tissues, your organs…even your thoughts!

Like most of us, you have probably tried a variety of diets, and may even have managed to do well on some for a few weeks or even months. However, the emphasis such diets place on willpower, deprivation, and denial is both unnecessary and counter-productive. The reality is that unless you have a nutrition plan that is practical, balanced, and takes your individuality into account, it will not last.

We offer nutrition coaching, workshops, and cooking classes to help you develop such a plan. The goals of your personalized nutrition program are to radically improve your life, to resolve concerns specific to you and your body, and to provide you with a new set of tools for a lifetime of balance. We will work on finding the right foods for your body and your lifestyle. This unique approach provides meaningful, lasting results.

Your Individual Nutrition Program will cover…
  • Setting goals
  • Dealing with cravings
  • Food counseling
  • Making simple lifestyle changes
  • Making better food choices
  • Creating lasting balance
  • Healthy cooking
  • Menu planning
